Double Down Around® Medium Design

Our best selling design, the Double Down Around® Medium is like two pillows in one. An inner pillow is filled with just the right amount of feathers for resilient, medium support. Surrounding this is an outer pillow filled with double the down of our DownAround® pillow. This incredible combination allows you to enjoy extra fluffy comfort as you lay your head on the pillow - with springy, resilient medium support that lasts through the night. Traditional Edge Design

Our traditional edge pillow is made by sewing the top and bottom pillow fabric together. This results in a single seam around the perimeter of the pillow giving it a tapered look.

Down is the soft insulating material found on the breast of geese and ducks. Unlike feathers that have a quill, down has no hard elements. Considered one of Mother Nature's best insulators, a down cluster is a light and fluffy three dimensional spherical puff with multiple filaments that expand to trap air - giving down bedding its signature loft and cozy, embracing warmth.

AllerRest Fabric®

Special, extra tightly woven AllerRest® fabric prevents dust mites, dirt and harmful allergens from penetrating into your bedding. This unique chemical and pesticide-free fabric has been lab-tested and proven to be an effective barrier against dust mite transfer. It is woven with 300 thread count, 100% cotton so it's soft to the touch maintaining your ultimate comfort. Printed Duvet Loops

Convenient duvet loops in all four corners of our comforter help to keep it from shifting inside your duvet cover. Securing your comforter inside a duvet cover is as easy as attaching these loops to your duvet using clips or ribbon ties, depending on your individual duvet cover's design.

Helpful Hint: To easily insert your comforter into a duvet cover start by turning your duvet cover inside out. Next, place your comforter on top and attach duvet loops to the cover. Finally, turn the comforter and duvet cover right side out and you're done!

Sewn Through Box

In our traditional sewn through box design, the top and bottom fabric layers of the comforter or blanket are sewn or quilted together in a large grid pattern. This design feature keeps the down in place and prevents it from shifting from one box to another so you can enjoy all over warmth and comfort.

This Pacific Coast® comforter features our distinctive Comfort Lock® three-sided border system designed to hold the down in the center, over your sleep area instead of shifting to the bottom and edges. Evenly spaced cross stitches within the border work to keep the down in place giving the border its fluffy, well-filled look. Instead of wasting down on the sides and bottom of your bedding like ordinary comforters, Comfort Lock® allows us to use the down much more efficiently to provide you with cozy warmth.
