Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped within two business days. Please use the chart below to see when your order will ship. In the event that your order is placed over a holiday, your order will ship the next business day after the holiday.

Holiday Closures
In observance for the holidays, Pacific Coast Feather Company will be closed:
Good Friday - Friday April 19
Memorial Day - Monday May 27
Independence Day - Thursday July 4
Labor Day - Monday September 2
Thanksgiving Day - Thursday November 28
Christmas Day - Wednesday December 25
New Years Day - Wednesday January 1
NOTE: All orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
Order Assistance
Most orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Canada are delivered via FedEx. FedEx ground shipments are delivered through 4:30 PM to business addresses and 8:00 PM to home addresses.
APO/FPO are for military personnel only and are shipped via the United States Postal Service, insurance is required.
Orders, including addresses with a P.O. Box, that are shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands are shipped FedEx air only.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via FedEx Air, except orders that are delivered to a P.O. Box. P.O. Box orders to AK and HI are sent USPS priority mail.
Orders to Canada may ship FedEx ground or air.
