Returning Product


How to Return Product Within 30 Days of Receipt



Option 1: Return at Your Own Expense

Please use the return shipping label that was provided on the packing slip. Detach the form, which is located on the left side of the packing slip. The packing slip is located either on the outside or inside of the box. Check the reason for your return and include it in the box that you are returning. Affix the included return label to box and send to us.

For your protection, please ship via Fed Ex Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 1-888-297-1778 (Option 3) or us.


Option 2: FedEx Return Service (U.S. Only)

Use the red FedEx return label included inside the box. We will deduct a discounted shipping charge of $11.99 for using this FedEx return service. Simply follow the instructions on the back side of the red label.


When Your Return is Received

A refund, to the credit card used for the original order, in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for any shipping charges incurred.



How to Return Defective or Order Issues Products

If you are returning the product due to a problem with your order or if you require a replacement product, please call us at 1-888-297-1778 (option 3) or us.



How to Exchange a Product

To exchange an item, please return your item and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive. All returns will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased. Please do not request exchanges in your returned package.



Returning Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are offered at a significant discount and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Final sale items are found in the clearance section and generally products that are discontinued. The 30 night comfort guarantee does not apply to final sale clearance items.
